Pros
Great mission and a great team to work with. Really loved the family like atmosphere! The Cambridgeport area was an easy commute from the red line.
Cons
Leaders were all over the place and the management unfortunately caved in. Things got really bad when people started leaving en masse.

Pros
Great group of people who wanted to be there and truly believed in the mission. Company was very flexible with allowing staff to balance work and home life.
Cons
Communication between groups was not very effective. Resources were not always funneled to those groups that needed them most. Salary was not very competitive.
