      Run!!Terrible Toxic environment! You will regret it!!

      Cons

      Poor Leadership. Toxic Environment. Head of IT is a clown. No knowledge of what he is doing. Entire IT depar should be FIRED! No structure. Don’t bother to waste your time. No diversity. They make things up as they go along. It is a train wreck. Don’t work here. You will regain and be mad at yourself. It is a waste of time. No solid leadership. It’s a clown show. Run!!

      Reward the "Little" People

      Laid back atmosphere to work in, good PTO accumulation and PTO buyback, 401K contribution

      Cons

      Positions get created for and promotions are given to people based on whether or not management likes them, as opposed to merit. Upper management makes a very nice salary to do very little, while the "faces" of the company make very little to do a whole lot.

      Good benefits, including an excellent 401k match. Good hours. Paid holidays.

      Senior management is a mess. (what's left of them... Many have left.)
