      Poor Leadership. Toxic Environment. Head of IT is a clown. No knowledge of what he is doing. Entire IT depar should be FIRED! No structure. Don’t bother to waste your time. No diversity. They make things up as they go along. It is a train wreck. Don’t work here. You will regain and be mad at yourself. It is a waste of time. No solid leadership. It’s a clown show. Run!!

      Pros

      Nice work environment with great coworkers culture. The feeling is that we're like a big family where we help each other out. The focus and dedication towards customer satisfaction is what stands out.

      Cons

      PTOs and sick days are bundled into the same category. You accrue only PTOs and you're not allowed to take a half day off.
