      Pros

      Great experience for learning new things. I was working towards my executive MBA. The boss was understanding to my flexible hours. The company moved me from Operations to Marketing to accommodate my needs. My salary grew to 3 x in 18 months.

      Cons

      The expectations of the management were high and therefore, required individuals to work hard. As it was a startup, therefore employees had to learn on the job.

      Pros

      ClarySolar was a great place to work at because of the people there. My colleagues were great people to learn from who were willing to share their knowledge of the industry. I also learned a lot from the freedom given by top management to explore opportunities.

      Cons

      The nature of startups is that they can be unstructured at times - not for those looking a very structured way of working.

      Many!!! list is too long.Fear of being kicked off any minute, too much work overload, little family time, fake customer satisfaction reviews, harassment by management
