Additionally, the involvement of HR for a performance review less than couple months into the role came as a surprise. Overall, this experience tarnished what initially seemed like a promising opportunity due to poor leadership. Notably, HR didn’t conduct an exit interview either. The fact that they don’t respond to Glassdoor reviews is a reflection of the company’s attitude to its employees.
