Strong industry solution and good office location.
Cons
Management expected unrealistic results without adequate feedback or clear communication. They have good industry expertise but terrible leadership. Additionally, the involvement of HR for a performance review less than couple months into the role came as a surprise. Overall, this experience tarnished what initially seemed like a promising opportunity due to poor leadership. Notably, HR didn’t conduct an exit interview either. The fact that they don’t respond to Glassdoor reviews is a reflection of the company’s attitude to its employees.
