- even based on their newest shift plan, teachers only average about $10/hour if you divide the shift time by the average number of classes
- you are deluged with random Skype messages from multiple people about which class wants what, and updated real-time with gripes about literally anything under the sun from local teachers whose English is often so poor they don't understand what you are trying to do in class
- if classes are cancelled (by the school), they are deducted, giving the company an excuse not to pay you for the full shift on that day.
