Pros
Amazing culture with loads of collaboration between teams and plenty of opportunities to grow. Added bonus of yearly retreats! The entire ClassCover team works remotely so it’s great to catch up with the team somewhere in the world every year.
Cons
Sometimes remote work can be challenging and communication mishaps can happen.
