Process from parts to practice is unorganized Openly ethnicly prejudiced Talks negatively about customers Leadership lacks tact and self control Don't allocate appropriate funds back into business Set in their ways and not open to change Fridge has more beer in it than food DONT "show them your hand" More interested in conformation than ability
