Pros

Initially there were many. But now hardly found any.

Cons

Managers are making fun of company policies- *Flexi timing- It is a piece a cake which u loves to see but u can't have it as managers will have their own rules, and will put some class moniters to watch it. *PLI- Huge amount of money will be deducted from your package for the name of quarterly PLI, you will never get 100% of it no matter what how perform, untill unless you are a boot licker. *Mandatory 8 working hours- you will spend your whole day in office and at end of the week or month you will get to know that you have not completed your 8 mendatory working hours at workstation. And finally you will receive an email from HR regarding the same to justify your short timings. And good thing is you will get to know ur real time timing as you have to calculate it manually. Although some people have advantages in it. No rules applies for managers as they make their own rules and they brainwash new joiners about work culture, and most of them are self obsessed too. Hard to find any professional qualities in them. People will get axed if they don't manager rules.

Pros

Career growth to Obsequious people Foolish people can be promoted to TL

Company is deducting a lot of money from salaries in terms of PLI (Performance Linked Incentives) which is a part of package itself . Which means you will not get the full package on which you are hired . Now they wanted you to work hard so that you can receive something close to your hired package ,fooling in the name of incentives . Now PLI which is meant to be paid quarterly (no fixed time limit) after deductions(for tea/coffee and other miscellaneous things available ) is not been paid back . Which is believed to the reason that as late as the PLI is HR-TL performance will be better . Other deductions include that most of us will not believe is that these guys are deducting the BASIS MEDICAL ALLOWANCE which is provided to you . No matter you want or not they are transferring forcefully your MEDICAL ALLOWANCE into there wallet and expecting you to purchase from there . Now next may be they will transfer your full salary into there wallet .

Pros

There is pool table, xbox and table tennis to play. But eventually you will never get enough time to play any of these. Due to their insane floor time policies.

Cons

Worst HR department. Not at all employee friendly policies. Only 12 leaves per year. Infact every month all you get is 0.5 casual and 0.5 paid leave! Manipulative leave policies which you will almost never understand. 8 hours of floor time is mandatory. Which means if you punch out of the floor, even to reach out to cafeteria or conference room, which you will often, your time will stop. So its awfully difficult to complete 8 working hours. Office is infact like school. The HR department peeps through your in and out times, may even tell you to not take long breaks, even if it is urgent. They force you to change your company on linked in and facebook! They even stalk your personal life. They will tell you to like them on facebook and one of the representative from HR department will give you an add request also. There is no job security. And they are inhuman towards you in everyway. There are some two or three people who will act like they know everything, but literally even the CTO of this company cannot speak or write in English without making grammatical mistakes. They tell the company is US based, but it is not US based company, they have just registered a small office there to get projects from US. In short they are fooling customers as well as their employees. No professional growth is there. Work culture is also not good. Infact the women to men ratio in the organization is also not good. And I feel the organization is not safe for women.
