Company is deducting a lot of money from salaries in terms of PLI (Performance Linked Incentives) which is a part of package itself . Which means you will not get the full package on which you are hired . Now they wanted you to work hard so that you can receive something close to your hired package ,fooling in the name of incentives . Now PLI which is meant to be paid quarterly (no fixed time limit) after deductions(for tea/coffee and other miscellaneous things available ) is not been paid back . Which is believed to the reason that as late as the PLI is HR-TL performance will be better . Other deductions include that most of us will not believe is that these guys are deducting the BASIS MEDICAL ALLOWANCE which is provided to you . No matter you want or not they are transferring forcefully your MEDICAL ALLOWANCE into there wallet and expecting you to purchase from there . Now next may be they will transfer your full salary into there wallet .
