Pros
The owner is fantastic, fair and knowledgable. Business is steady. The staff is professional, friendly and efficient. The business pays for employees medical coverage and part of dependents.
Cons
Product base is limited, does not offer a 401K plan.

Scary. Company got bought out and owner has no idea what the future looks like and company is going under fast.

Pros
Pay was great but not worth the risk of losing your job tomorrow for it. If you want to work at the retirement club ho ahead.
Cons
to many to list, everyone is quoting their jobs except management and some people that have no other option because they are not smart enough
