Pros

-Great People -decent pay -easy to take off as long as you let them know

Cons

-not very trustworthy -will tell you a company change will help you make more money but it's really to make them more money and ends up being less for you -act like they care but they don't -managers don't listen, will interrupt you while your asking for help on a sales call -will tell you to get the sale any means possible will even tell you to mislead people which is a problem because we sell Medicare to old people, we are supposed to help them. -sell you a dream but you are just another person in a seat using up their money on leads and licensing. -people are always in and out -mentally exhausting expect to be on the phone 5-7 hours a day and be making 50-200 cold calls in a day, with very crappy reused leads. - No opportunity to grow after you are licensed unless you threaten to quit and ask for a different opportunity -Hourly is fine at $15 starting and $20 after your license. the company makes $150-$500 per sale depending on the enrollment period but will only give you $20-$35 a sale and they will tell you their barely making anything off of the sales but the owner will bring in brand a new Porsche, two different Cadillac suvs and a brand new 2023 jeeps every other month but will claim they don't make much money.

Pros

Nice Building with Gym Free Pizza Fridays

Cons

This is not an honest company. The entire business model is pure deception. Anyone with common sense will start to realize the whole vibe is fishy as soon as they start orientation. It’s all ra ra for no reason during training they do zero training aside from cold calling recycled leads. You call many of these people 3 times a day that are already on do not call list. They initially have you pushing Medicare Advantage and will make it seem like they are saints and helping all these poor innocent customers. The sales script is so slimy and deceptive. They lure in with subsidies and gym memberships etc. What they actually do in many case is limit customers networks and screw these people over. Some of the elderly answering the phone clearly have dementia and mentally incompetent to make such decisions. But as long as they have a SS# and means to pay that’s all companies like this care about. They are only licensed states with more laxed regulations. The managers all claim to be Christians yet their ethic doesn’t really fit. The lead Sales Manger uses MLM scammers like Grant Cardone as sales training and constantly praises Jordan Belfort( Wolf Of Wall Street who to this day has never financially reimbursed his victims). All the numbers they throw at you are all false because commissions are dependent upon many stringent conditions. They’re a rotating door basically hire about 8 new 20 year olds a month maybe 30 percent pass they’re test and actually sell for the company. Staying at this company a year would make u one of the senior employees. Many employees can’t afford they’re own car most the cars you see employees driving are sad. I think a lot of employees will stay because management will keep lying saying they’re gonna have this huge commission check one day. No benefits were offered no sick time or PTO mentioned. FYI they spoof numbers. If you call your phone from the software it will show a different number and state all the time and you get directed to a call center in India

Pros

Fun environment, $20 per hr + commission, Money is there if you're willing to work hard.

Cons

Working with resistant clients can be mentally exhausting, and missing out on a sale can add to that frustration.
