Pros
I can honestly say this is the best job and the best team I have every worked with in my life. I think it's partly because the problem we're solving is something that genuinely impacts people's lives, so the people are join are really bought in. It's pretty busy as the company is growing so fast, but it's loads of fun and everyone is very supportive, creative and collaborative.
Cons
Honetly, no real cons. The only thing to note is that because the company is growing so quick it really needs people who are committed to making an impact and really bringing themselves fully to the role.
