It's a great place to learn as all the board members and senior management are very open and share insight that they have whether its to do with funding, customers or anything else. Clear Review is truly customer-centric, all product decisions are based on users and where performance management needs to evolve in order to achieve improved productivity. Clients and audiences love the methodology that Stuart (CEO) has refined in terms of on-going performance management. Great location in the centre of London, most staff work from home 2 days a week and what is there not to love about the unlimited holiday and an in-house personal development coach?
