      The free lunches and nice doctors

      Cons

      The executive team. They talk about each other, they talk down to staff. They don’t know how a medical practice runs. They lie to the doctors . They under pay staff.

      Work hours and benefits are the only benefits

      The people in charge of the new company lie and dont care about their employees. Really underpay their best employees and straight from the CEO dont care if people leave. Don't know how to run a company and take care of their employees even though they pretend they do. HR person somehow calls all the shots not the CEO
