Pros
I like the people I work with, and the work environment. I like that we are encouraged to have a good work life balance, e.g. we aren't expected to take our work home.
Cons
For me, the only con is the location and driving into work through traffic from Burlington. However, carpooling is really helping with the commute time since we can take the carpool lane.
