Great tech and smart people
Cons
Had very good momentum but poor vision in terms of scaling and go to market. Covid hit right as the product was reaching a point of hyper growth.

Pros
Strong leadership, amazing co-workers, early-stage growth company, compassionate and scrappy "Raccoon Spirit", encourages action and progress over perfection, work from anywhere, true belief in work/life integration from top-down, big goals and aspirations, growth opportunity a plenty (both individual career growth and business growth).
Cons
Early stage start-up (while this is a pro for me, it's definitely not for everyone), there is a lot to do and they operate very responsibly (lean) financially.
