Strong leadership, amazing co-workers, early-stage growth company, compassionate and scrappy "Raccoon Spirit", encourages action and progress over perfection, work from anywhere, true belief in work/life integration from top-down, big goals and aspirations, growth opportunity a plenty (both individual career growth and business growth).

Early stage start-up (while this is a pro for me, it's definitely not for everyone), there is a lot to do and they operate very responsibly (lean) financially.

+ actual market leader in tech/innovation in this space (everyone else playing catch up) + some big logos + huge total addressable market (huge opportunity for growth) + top tier talent across all functions + true team collaboration + access to everyone in the company + incredible growth over last 2 years

the only cons come from the fact that we're a startup: - trade high bay area salaries for equity in company - instead of having set processes across the board, you are helping to build them - managers are experts in their field, but not yet experienced as managers - high risk, high reward
