Unrealistic productivity goals for how little support you get. No one can tell you a straight answer on what counts as billable (I.e. counts towards your actual numbers). Management keeps trying to do the wrong things to retain employees, pay is fair, but could be higher for how much descerpancy between what they get paid vs what they think fee for service should pay the clinicians. There is a lot of "we tried to call the manager with a crisis client, but they didn't answer after hours or call black till the next day." That's shameful negligence and dangerous for everyone involved.
