Very top down management No time for professional development Very intrusive work culture if you are logging off even for 20 min for a walk you need to communicate If you work a 12 hour day you’re expected to clock in the same time next morning doesn’t matter if you finished working at 1am the day before Some managers are micro manager, aggressive.
