      Great technology, unenlightened management

      Pros

      The technology stack is terrific with some great work being done. IMO the market is dying for a service such as ClearSky's.

      Cons

      Management hasn't a clue WRT compensation. Low salary, no increases, no extra shares, .... On top of that, this is a service company that has yet to setup a DevOps team. I believe there are still SW engineers answering support calls. Not a way to run a sustainable business.

      Pros

      Treated like a person not a resource, unlimited vacation, unlimited time off, work with the best and brightest, team mentality, open door policy, everyone’s willing to get in the trenches and work hard from the top down, weekly all hands meetings provide constant and up to date insight on what is going on with the company

      Cons

      It’s a startup, so if you’re not willing to contribute then this is not for you.
