Pros

The culture of the organisation is very chill and laidback. My direct manager wasn’t micromanaging. I received a good bonus.

Cons

During my 1.5 years tenure, nothing got better but worse. I worked for adviser support service centre where they basically don’t give a damn about the employees. Feedbacks are not appreciated as well. One of the team leader overseeing the team was very toxic and micromanaging although she wasn’t my direct manager. The new business team don’t give a damn for the clients/ adviser. As soon as your policy is in force, you will be basically ignored. They make changes and make it sound like they have a plan but it’s very chaotic and you are just told to put up with it. The new executive Joanne has very good plans and hopefully this company will perform better.

Would not recommend working for this company There systems are antiquated. Im not one to talk down about a company however if you decide to seek employment with this company (especially in the 'Advisors Support' area please be warned in my actual interview before being hired I was advised the company was going through quite a few changes and profuse challenges. Once hired I didnt expect the challenges to be so frustratingly overwhelming. Everyday for close to two months I had to contact IT ( and sometimes hours waiting to be fixed) due to my profile have so many systems issue. What IT explained was the company did not have enough licenses to accommodate if all the staff were working at any given time. Yet the expectation that you still were required to do your job efficiently, adequately without concern or complaint was simply unreasonable. If you voiced your concerns you were demonised and deemed to be a negative employee even though management admittedly knew they had and have had systems issues for quite some time. The systems issues were not being prioritised until 2026.

Like all claims roles you will be overworked with a high portfolio. High turnover of staff, management dont care
