      Pros

      Can earn okay money if you don't mind putting in a lot of hours. Job is pretty simple.

      Cons

      I had no problems when working there, but I had to leave due to personal reasons and offered to do my notice. I received my payslip from them and they took 75p per hour of my wage from me (it is for driving bonus but there was no issue with my driving) and underpaid me on my hours by atleast 30 hours. I have heard they underpay on hours wherever possible and try and get away with it, they have no morals.

      I wouldn't waste your time here This is the worse company I have ever worked at in my whole life. From day one you won't know what's happening. On a daily you won't know if your coming or going. Your treated like a slave, have no contract. Instead your given a "terms of service" which makes you dispensable. You will have deductions added to your pay for not following "illegal" practices i.e. working over your time is normal practice and you won't be paid for it. Leadership is the worse I have ever seen in any business. They are constantly recruiting which means no one ever stays with them long enough because it's not worth it Better off being on benefits don't waste your time here majority of these "good reviews are fake" I wouldn't even rate them a 1 but can't do anything less than that

      Deduct wages for damage to vans , even if it’s not you, take an hour off you each day fri breaks you don’t get, bully’s if the highest order
