-Very outgoing and friendly coworkers. -Leadership is somewhat proactive about employee experiences

Cons

-Work is very boring and unfulfilling. -BlackLine is a very boring tool and can't see myself making a career out of it. -Some other business units don't have many projects going on so you will be stuck doing BlackLine, BD, or internal work. --WAY TOO MANY UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME GRADUATES

-People are nice -Opportunity to work on a wide variety of jobs

Cons

-Healthcare and dental are the only benefits. (i.e. no 401k) -Pay is way below market -No formalized training. You will be thrown into the fire and often times given tasks that not even your senior may fully even understand. -Internal functions are very unorganized. -Will be asked to send cold out reaches to potential clients in order to help grow the business, some people enjoy doing this but others don't. -Bottom line: know what you are getting yourself into. If you are going to take this job, I would suggest relocating to a low cost city since you will be traveling a lot anyway.

Cons

- No training. Google is your best friend. - Couple of directors didn't even know BlackLine when I asked them question about it - Not sure how some people were promoted - Can't work from home
