Chaos - Analyst Clearsulting Employee Review

-Healthcare and dental are the only benefits. (i.e. no 401k) -Pay is way below market -No formalized training. You will be thrown into the fire and often times given tasks that not even your senior may fully even understand. -Internal functions are very unorganized. -Will be asked to send cold out reaches to potential clients in order to help grow the business, some people enjoy doing this but others don't. -Bottom line: know what you are getting yourself into. If you are going to take this job, I would suggest relocating to a low cost city since you will be traveling a lot anyway.
