      Pros

      Flexible schedule, paid public transit for now.

      Cons

      Compensation is well under similar positions in the area. To get prospective employees on board they promise things about the opportunity that they have no intention to deliver on. The executive team is substandard resulting in decisions of the same quality. Financial issues are the current state of affairs. Recent layoffs of whole departments have spread personnel thin. The business has outgrown it's antiquated computer programs and equipment - constant outages are experienced.

      Pros

      Capable workers soon find themselves out of place here. Recommendation: pass on this one. Ineffective leadership spends its time vying for approval. As for the office environment, there are more empty offices than occupied, several being used as dumpsters. Some good workers try and make a difference across the company but not enough to turn things around.

      Cons

      No dental or vision and below average pay. Each dept. has its own version of calamity. IT is ran under fake it while you break it equaling chaos. Most can share exact negative experiences but this is discouraged so this review is general.
