Pay your people what they're worth!
Pros
Hours are great and manageable. Ability to quickly gain experience / hands-on environment.
Cons
Politics, unethical decisions. (bad decisions that could potentially lead to identity theft of members) The policies that are created to govern this organization are a joke. Even when the policies do make sense, they're not enforced at all. Salary is the opposite of competitive. Multiple employees do nothing all day and get away with it, while the employees who value their work end up over-worked. As an employee, you will end up babysitting more than doing actual work. It appears that some of the older employees act as if they're in their late teenage years. MOST IMPORTANTLY: You will not be hired for your expertise. Your expertise will be ignored during the decision-making process, and this leads to very uneducated decisions. Expectations are completely ridiculous, and to the highest degree. For example, if you're asked to make pigs fly, it better happen, and it better happen within 20 seconds.
