Poor management and communication

Pros

Somewhat diverse Select few genuine managers

Cons

Management has poor communication and practices. Switched from Flexible PTO to limited PTO mid-year with no warning and did not allow employees to take PTO after announcement Weekly changing policies on being in office/remote work. Executive team and management have poor communication thus creating misunderstandings all around. Managers give different treatment to staff on the same team. Payment is not up to industry standards.

Pros

Decent PTO. Good enough for a stepping stone to somewhere worth staying.

Cons

Low pay relative to other options in the Atlanta area. New competitors in this space after covid have increased customer churn, aren't able to keep up with market demands. The development team is suffering due to the lack of management focus and the constant changes in priorities. Internal promotions are mostly non-existent, and no substantial raises. If you're not a "yes man" to the chaos you will be ostracized, so there's no point in trying to fix the chaos.
