Pros
I loved working with such a professional team and a really collaborative environment! I especially enjoyed working with the Sales team, it was a really enriching experience. In terms of marketing, while global strategy is centralized in China, there was still room for creativity and innovation in our local initiatives. I was also lucky to coordinate events for different regions, this proved to me that Clenergy is a company with the potential to trust their team and give us the autonomy to take ownership of projects. As a bonus, the team's human quality is top-notch, very easy to build strong friendships with your colleagues.
Cons
Unfortunately, there is no HR in Australia, and you have to rely on the knowledge and expertise from the team in HQ, which is not familiarized with Aussie standards. Although Clenergy is a global company, the processes are not up to the standards as they are more aligned to the ones you can find in a small/medium business.
