* Everyone is afraid of the boss. I don't think this is how a company's culture should be. He's resorted to threatening me over my job to get me do something he wanted which is petty coming from a senior figure in the company * No work-life balance. Stated 9 hours work but you have to work 10 hours minimum. If you don't the HR and boss talk to you as if you have done the wrong thing here. * Work in a cramped office where desktop computers are arranged like you are sitting in a computer lab. * Office timings can be changed any time and you have to comply
