Pros

Apparently someone in management stumbled upon Glassdoor and put out a memo to all store managers to write up fake positive reviews. At least have them space the reviews apart to make them look more real LOL.

Cons

Fake reviews are almost as shady as their "invisible diagnostic machine" they tell customers they are plugging their phone into to test. (no such thing exists they just put the phone in back) When the client (SUCKER) comes back, it's "ooooh sorry man the machine says you need to buy a new phone from us. Is this even legal?

Dear Former Employee, Thank you for your feedback. I think this refers to a phone store now owned by Victra , a Verizon Franchisee since early 2018. ClickAway has since exited the wireless business. If this is about ClickAway Computer Repair, our CEO would not tolerate bad business ethics as this is not part of our mission, vision, values, and customer service standard. We're saddened to not have heard from you, utilizing our Open-Door Policy, and we hope you would speak up as we would want all our associates to do so. Writing your personal review on any social media is appropriate, but the company would condemn requiring employees to write dishonest reviews and should we have heard of this, we would have put a stop to it.

We are techs, not salesmen.

Pros

- if you like the people you work with, then its an ok place to work. - willing to train you if you lack experience - its not a huge business so its not difficult to contact management if needed

Cons

- if you get hired as a tech, expect to work as a salesman. You get a monthly goal that you have to set and if you don't hit that goal, they are pretty cut throat about making sure you know how they feel about it - compensation program that doesnt offer much incentive for techs and just turns them against each other to fight for jobs - theres constant monitoring from upper management. expect your manager or your district manager to constantly breathe down your neck all the time. - they dont care if the customer gets ripped off. as long as you make money, thats all that matters.

Stay Away at all Costs

Pros

The only pro of working for this company is submitting your resignation letter, and not having to take part in an awful business model with shifty executives.

Cons

If you're into feeling undervalued, being underpaid, being discriminated against and being encouraged to screw your clients out of more money than what is necessary, go ahead and submit your resume.

We have professional, low turn-over of associates and managers, and provide generous pay. We have some of the highest paid technicians in the industry and our incentive bonus structure allows for all technicians to get well compensated for all the work they do. We would have liked to have heard from you and anyone who felt they were not compensated correctly so we could take immediate action.
