Pros

Really smart software and algorithms make the difficult (scheduling) appear easy. Pioneers in the field who continue to innovate. Great support from a professional management team and colleagues. Awesome local team. Customers that love us. Healthy, growth focused culture.

Cons

Need to expand functionality into associated areas of field service management.

Pros

- ClickSoftware offers the opportunity to work with a global team, and execute globally and locally. You will learn a lot in a very short period of time, so there is no time to get bored. - Great people in Australia. Talented, experienced and with a genuine desire to do good work. - Learning is encouraged - Opportunities for travel - Flexibility, work from home options

Cons

- Some big changes and layoffs created uncertainty within the organisation. Changes and their impact can sometimes be poorly communicated so people don't know what is happening. - Australia regularly works outside of business hours to accommodate other regions. - No 'people and culture' programs in Australia, compared to other regions.
