Worst working environment. No job security. Long working hours. Some time 2 days continuously (It actually happened) Salary cuts. When you will be hired promises will be different after some time they will change it. They use to change policies according to their needs.They don't have any documented. And they introduce new one as per the THEIR need. So you can say that Actually they don't have any. Employee can be fired at any time. Arrogant and rude CEO. Poor HR After resignation your are on their mercy whether to release you or not and in how many months. Notice period is 3 month but they may not relieve you even after that only. And for some they don't allow to serve notice period. If employee disagrees they they threatens to terminate.(Pathetic). Better avoid this worst company.

There could have been some trips or outdoor plans for refreshment.
