      If only they cared about their people as much as they supposedly care about the environment

      Pros

      The investment team works hard to make sure investments are in the right place Some really good people there

      Cons

      Lack of culture or transparency from leadership team CEO/HR enables a bullying culture No consistency with vision moving forward No attention to day to day sustainability or trying to support green tech/initiatives (i.e. they use Amazon and have shirts printed on fruit of the loom) Any move to a startup is a risk and unfortunately this backfired for me. Whilst there are good people there, lots of them have already moved on in quick succession Doesn't pay pension on full salary

Feedback from other members of the team made it clear that you did not have the necessary technical skills to carry out the role for which you were hired. We’ve already explained why this decision was reached and we tried hard to make the best of a difficult situation by offering you an alternative opportunity in the company.       Great people, bad salary, out of touch management

      Pros

      * Great people outside of senior management. * Great mission. * Fast-paced.

      Cons

      * Limited career opportunities - limited by growth of company and not your growth as a person. * Stock options are OK but fixed, no opportunity to earn more. * Salary compensation is below average. * Company wide culture is dead (team culture thrives in spite of this).
