Lack of culture or transparency from leadership team
CEO/HR enables a bullying culture
No consistency with vision moving forward
No attention to day to day sustainability or trying to support green tech/initiatives (i.e. they use Amazon and have shirts printed on fruit of the loom)
Any move to a startup is a risk and unfortunately this backfired for me.
Whilst there are good people there, lots of them have already moved on in quick succession
Doesn't pay pension on full salary
