      Pros

      None. The organization lights money on fire and doesn't actually accomplish anything.

      Cons

      The management are either ex-PIRG managers or yes men, who have no interest in advancing the careers of employees. They will get as much work out of you as possible while paying the lowest salary they can. There is no opportunity for career advancement here, just a paycheck.

      Pros

      Excellent health insurance and opportunity to work in federal campaigns to push President Biden and his Administration to take down pollution.

      Cons

      - Terrible pay. The Senior Executives are paid a very high and comfortable salary between 130k to 300k where as all other staff including mid-level campaign staff are paid 60k to 85k - There is no opportunity to progress in career - The manner in which the head of the organization speaks to staff is demeaning, unprofessional and disrespectful - There is also a strong culture of hiring and firing staff
