      None. The organization lights money on fire and doesn't actually accomplish anything.

      Cons

      The management are either ex-PIRG managers or yes men, who have no interest in advancing the careers of employees. They will get as much work out of you as possible while paying the lowest salary they can. There is no opportunity for career advancement here, just a paycheck.

      Pros

      Dedicated junior-mid level staff, meaningful (if sometimes flawed/ineffective/misguided) work in pursuit of an important mission. Good work-life balance, good benefits.

      Cons

      Pretty difficult work environment - bad communication, constant confusion, double standards for junior vs. senior staff. Pay is on the lower side
