Pros
As a volunteer there, I learned so much and I felt I was in an environment that wanted to see me grow and give me the freedom and ownership over my work. Very kind team.
Cons
A lot of work if you are not ready for a 'start-up' pace. Meaningful work though

Great supportive people and a great entry into the climate education space

All work is volunteer based so you need to have a big enough time commitment for it
