      Pros

      Nothing. Their culture is toxic and the leadership is basically high school besties that bully the individuals with lower titles.

      Cons

      Climb Hire continuously utilized old data to show off their job placements. Ask them how many CURRENT Climbers they’ve placed during the layoffs. Their programs aren’t successfully placing people in jobs.

      Only pro is you be their product and they like you.

      Cons

      They use tech and faith language to hype you up into believing their old stagnant data of job success, and after they gaslight you into buying into their brand (you don’t actually own anything you’ll pay for), you’ll do all the hard work to make them look good just so you can get placed in a temporary, low-wage and no-benefit contract. Afterward, they just ignore you and expect payment.

      The organization started with a compelling mission, could do good work but not organized

      Cons

      Departments are silo'd Layoffs happened often Strategy was always changing and new programs would come and go depending on the money from donors Leaders wanted to compete with other organizations rather than make a good impact for the people in the program Leadership didn't have a good plan
