      the people are realy young, happy and with a lot of energy

      Cons

      the management is also young and they are mainly yes men. Nobody wants to risk anything and so things are not moving on. No real R&D

      Pros

      Employers of various background - good synergy, nice environment, positive atmosphere, new technology = increased motivation, accessibility of CEOs and higher management, openness to innovation and new ideas

      Cons

      Too focused on improvement in cultural aspect which is already on very high level (environment, inclusivity, etc.). Improvement in operational and technical aspect is visible and is going in good direction. Improvement is needed in organizational aspect.
