You get paid most months
Cons
No office or headquarters or any actual space to work in and the staff in the clinics don't want you there. The company doesn't pay the doctors/PIs for the work they do in the clinical trials or the pharmacy they don't get paid. The company will hire anyone cause they can't keep staff but they all leave there is no training. Do yourself a favour and go work in aldi at least you'll definitely get paid there

I have my own work load and am responsible for the management of my own time and work load. when I started I took over some active projects which was difficult at the time but I have now mastered it and got used to working in trials. Enjoying it now and recently secured some new projects which will be interesting to get started on.
Cons
Difficult at first with no previous research experience
