      Trains well, pays little

      Pros

      Clink Hostels trained me well for the last 6 years that I have been working there, especially in areas such as management of the kitchen and its staff, doing the stocks (i.e. purchasing, wasting), managing the prices, creating a menu from scratch, and a lot more.

      Cons

      Clink Hostels almost fails to provide a salary that is as high as other companies even when an employee deserves it.

      -Very nice environment -Amazing colleagues -Opportunity to learn and develop your soft and hard skills

      Cons

      -Low Salary and only 10% for night shift - Few opportunities -Lack of stuff (you even clean beds) -No benefits (You pay your own coffee with 50% discount, even during a night shift)

I'm glad to read that you felt there was a fun and vibrant environment in place when you were working with us as well as great colleagues. I appreciate the feedback you have given to us, we have introduced a new flexible working policy at all our locations to support a better work /life balance as well as the freedom to swap shifts with colleagues etc. We have also ensured that our entry level pay is inline with the London Living Wage which is a really exciting milestone for us.
