I'm glad to read that you felt there was a fun and vibrant environment in place when you were working with us as well as great colleagues. I appreciate the feedback you have given to us, we have introduced a new flexible working policy at all our locations to support a better work /life balance as well as the freedom to swap shifts with colleagues etc. We have also ensured that our entry level pay is inline with the London Living Wage which is a really exciting milestone for us.
