Pros

- Flexible working arrangement - Fast response

Cons

I past their initial screening process and was invited to do a case study. I sunk a lot of time analysing the case, only for them to say I didn't make it to the next stage almost immediately. Feels like they didn't even read my analysis, and used some arbitrary way to reject applications. A very poor hiring process. They get you invested and get your hopes up only to reject you so quickly. My advice is not to even apply for any of their roles.

Pros

-I had the best experience working with Kelly Shermenti who did an incredible job guiding her team, and was incredibly knowledgable about the product, healthcare in general, and what it took to be successful. -Working in customer support I met great people I still keep in contact with -Experience working in a fast paced environment

Cons

The worst work-life balance you can ever imagine. They install Spyware (Workpuls) on your personal computer (because they don t give you any tech) and watch your every move while you work - taking screenshots of your desktop. Management is awful. There are a ton of yes-men who know virtually nothing about healthcare and don't actually care for the users or the people they manage. You will work through your lunches, overtime, etc. and never get any credit. There is absolutely no onboarding for most roles and you will be thrown to the wolves on day one and judged as if you were taught. Feedback is public at this company from manager to employee. You will get no warning of feedback, but just given it on a public forum visible to your manager and everyone above them. This in my experience was the most passive aggressive way to give "feedback" to people. They laid off hundreds of people via an email one evening with no warning. Incredibly unprofessional place. Oh yeah, there are no holidays at Clipboard. You have to call off Christmas/Thanksgiving etc...seriously. They say its unlimited PTO, but we all know what that really means. Be careful about taking sick days, you might get feedback for that...

Pros

Specific people in the company have become great connections and friends.

Cons

I don’t even know where to start. First if all most of these reviews are from people who USE the app as healthcare providers, not employees working for Clipboard Health. If you could only see employee reviews this place would probably be a 2 star. Management has got to be the worst I have ever seen. Certain departments are treated like the “favorite child” and can do no wrong, while completely neglecting security and user related problems. So many things have been pushed under the rug, like users working under fraudulent healthcare licenses, tons of fake healthcare provider accounts being created with fraudulent documents, and no department has any solution to stop it. You will be worked to the bone overtime, through lunch, and I have never seen a promotion or bonus given here. Unlike every other company I have ever worked for, you will have to CALL OFF holidays. Like real U.S. holidays (Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving. etc) - so basically your manager has total say in if you get a national holiday off from work. Customer Support deals with critical safety related calls from healthcare facilities relating to medical errors, patient neglect, etc. and the customer support agents are all overseas with no healthcare experience whatsoever. The amount of sheer neglect I have seen from Clipboard Health for their users is probably the worst I have seen in my career. To be hired here you have to go through a 2 hour take home exam with very poor instructions just to get zero feedback and told no - and from experience grading these assignments, people were told to just fail people with zero feedback whatsoever. So be prepared to waste your time to just apply to then work for a company that is in my opinion completely immoral.
