      Poor accountability throughout the organization. Financial outcomes driven by risky growth rather than excellence in business fundamentals.

      Outdated business practices with lacking respect and appreciation. Force employees to participate in prayer meetings, labeling them as executive meetings. Family business with family members in executive positions without any qualification or experience outside this business. Bullying not taken seriously
