      Pros

      Used to have flexible timing but not anymore.

      Cons

      Typical SME culture. Messy and poor documentation. No proper training materials. Typically reseller model with no R&D. No health or hospitalisation insurance covered. Everything is tracked including email etc.

      Very cohesive and family-oriented, and a fantastic place to learn what IT infrastructure is under the specialisation in network visibility.

      Cons

      There are limited brands available for exploration to gain knowledge within a large enterprise setup.
