The rough working conditions make the people that work there form tight bonds between employees (not management) The lack of interest in projects from managers mean you get to try new things
Cons
Owners and managers are from overseas and this is reflected in salaries and work expectations. Unfair working conditions and pay, overtime is expected while management is foccussed on selling lies to clients and getting juniors to do work of senior developers, while taking profits.
