Pros
As this is a role very close to the founder I will give my feedback on working with them mostly: - Founder works very closely with us and does their best to make us feel supported in our work. - Founder is very much willing to help and give feedback when they see we need help. - The founder makes us feel valued as employees (in my experience at least) which is why I enjoyed working there a lot. - The whole team was very nice. I enjoyed working with them as it felt we were a close team. - The overall work was varied and I had the opportunity to learn so many things which I didn't even know existed. - A lot of room for personal development as when we prove ourselves, the founder is happy to help us get experience in areas that we desire to develop in. - Flexibility around working due to remote culture. Reasonably, we just need to communicate with the founder and team. -Even had the opportunity to go to Madrid for a Tradeshow (paid by the company ofc).
Cons
- Of course, as in all companies, not everything is perfect. The founder has their own way of doing things which can make it a bit challenging sometimes when we may have different opinions but that's expected in most companies and small teams. Disclaimer: I saw a lot of very bad reviews left prior to this one. I genuinely believe those are really exaggerated and a lot of these things are not even true. As said prior, not everything was rosy and perfect but that is to be expected in all companies and some feedback really blew things out of proportion.

Pros
A small and high achieving company! The team have high ethical standards of honesty, integrity and politeness which I really value, along with a strong mission to reduce fashion pollution. We all work hard and pull together - being such a small team, anyone who doesn’t really stands out. Right now the team is the best it’s ever been. Very happy working here
Cons
It’s hard work - we are really ambitious and it can be quite hectic sometimes and is always really busy. That said, we do switch off and are careful not to bother each other in evenings and weekends apart from in an emergency!
