Pros

It's cool to learn how to buy clothes at resale prices, you get interesting customers, and it's easy to move up (at this specific franchise location)

Cons

Managers and buyers had no knowledge of current trends or brand pricing and relied on internet searches to price items that they weren't sure of. Poor communication between management and staff, no trust between owner and staff.

Pros

Employee discount. Somewhat flexible schedule.

Cons

Poor management or even lack of management. Lack of direction leads to confusion and poor execution of job tasks. When foot traffic is slow this job is mind-numbingly boring. Literally no room for advancement. Typical low retail pay. Fear of schedule getting cut weekly.
